Explain how visible you are. Explain that you will go to great lengths to become even MORE visible. Ask them how much their name is worth. Ask them what the competition's up to lately.

Then tell 'em you'll pay the .40/min and forget the whole thing. Better for everyone, no?

Traditional wisdom and a large body of marketing knowlege says that 1 disatisfied customer will tell 7 people, resulting in 7 lost opportunities for sales.

The web magnifies this effect by orders of magnitude. Something to think about.
